Role

The Digital Marketing Project Assistant role sits with the Digital Marketing Team within the corporate Marketing & Development department in the Saint-Gobain Tower. Our mission is to support the Saint-Gobain (Regional and HPS) businesses to drive Growth, by leveraging our digital marketing expertise.

 

Missions

1. Digital Marketing Performance Project Support: 

  • Assists the corporate Digital Marketing team on various Digital Marketing Performance projects: Website audit & analysis / SEO, paid campaigns, social media / Data visualization / Content, UX & UI.
  • Supports Saint-Gobain businesses to improve their overall digital ecosystem by conducting website performance analysis and sharing best practices. Helps the team facilitate training and workshop sessions, including material preparation.
  • Maintains and creates digital marketing performance dashboards on Google Looker Studio.
  • Helps manage Google Analytics 360 Organization architecture and access.
  • Supports for Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and tagging plans deployment and governance.

 

2. Digital Marketing Community Management:

  • Manages the internal Digital Marketing Community on VivaEngage (> 700 members), shares Digital Marketing trends and answers questions within the community.
  • Helps to coordinate the preparation of the Digital Marketing LiveChats and conferences.
  • Prepares & sends the internal newsletter of the Digital Marketing team.

 

CE POSTE EST-IL FAIT POUR VOUS ?

  • PROFIL (compétences requises –techniques et soft / expériences)

    • Bac +4/5 – Bachelor or Master’s degree in marketing, digital marketing or related fields.
    • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal). Second language is a plus.
    • Acquire experiences in, or a good knowledge of, digital marketing, SEO, SEA, analytics, data visualization and digital project management.
    • Familiar with Google Marketing Platform tools (particularly Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Search Console) or the equivalent tools. Knowledge of SEO tools required (SEMrush or equivalent SEO tools).
    • Knowledge of Big Query/SQL is a plus.
    • Team player, open-minded, enthusiastic, fast learner and proactive to find solutions. Respects project planning.
    • Able to start in May 2025.
